minty fresh and fat

this is a long overdue post,i purchased this dress about a month ago since falling for the mint trend, the material is cheese cloth and is a flattering fit,i plan to wear this with tan tights and a leather jacket when the good weather finally goes! i would suggest sizing down for this dress as i have the 24 and it could be a bit tighter!

apologies for iPhone photos....camera is broken!

all tiled out

I've had my eye on this dress for a while in the ASOS Curve ,i loved the symmetry and pop of yellow and thought it could be dressed up with wedge sandals and dressed down with some flats and a leather jacket.i was worried it wouldn't fit because it is sort of a silky material so i went for a 26 and its a wonderful fit! could be slightly tighter but i can wear it longer if i feel the need to.

Brand spotlight:JUNAROSE

Recently there have been more brands created solely for plus size women and here comes junarose!.this brand mixes fashion forward pieces with simple pieces with some twists!.ASOS have begun to stock them and this is where i discovered some brilliant pieces. They mix colourful pieces which incorporate digital symmetry  with quaint floral prints,it gives a spin on the usual LBD by giving it horizontal cuts to bring the classic dress into 2013.

weekly wants

the majority of this post will be involving the ASOS curve range, buts its brilliant isn't it? i was fed up of shops thinking i wanted to dress like a fat toddler and then BAM they started doing these amazing clothes which were the same as their normal range giving us curvy girls a chance to wear more fashionable clothing.

ASOS curve floral peg trousers £22

I've been in love with these trousers ever since i spotted them! the way they can be dressed up or down!!! now they are back in stock i shall definitely be investing!!

ASOS curve shirt £32
if there is one thing i love more than food then it is geometric patterned clothing! the red in the shirt goes perfectly with the monochrome and would look amazing dressed up teamed with a red lippy!,us bigger ladies tend to stray away from patterns but by wearing patterns like this you aren't being too risky and its classy as well.

ASOS curve ON SALE £13
I've loved this top since i first set eyes on it but I've always been worried about the sheer material and my midriff but i finally bought it in a couple of sizes bigger so it would be a nicer looser fit.i love the colour and it is also available in black and green.

back blogging!!

i've had no free time to do posts on my blog but now my a levels are over i can finally start back again, being a plus size girl I've noticed more recently how shops are realising we want to dress fashionably and not like a fat toddler or old woman and i think that people presume were big then we don't care how we look or what we wear *NEWSFLASH* we care about fashion.i've come to a realisation and I'm finally beginning to accept my body as it is and the only person stopping me from being happy with my body is me.
